Aperol Spritz Trifle

– 1 package of ladyfinger biscuit – 1 cup Aperol – 1 cup orange juice

In a shallow dish, mix together Aperol and orange juice.

Quickly dip each ladyfinger biscuit into the Aperol and orange juice mixture, ensuring they're soaked but not overly soggy.

Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfinger biscuits at the bottom of individual serving glasses or a trifle dish.

 Top the ladyfingers with a layer of whipped cream. Repeat the layers until you fill the glasses or dish, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.

 Drizzle prosecco over the whipped cream layer. Garnish with orange slices or zest and mint leaves if desired.
